Hour Validity: All 10 hours must be used within 150 days of the first scheduled flight.Payment Terms: Initial deposit is due at contract signing. Monthly installments are charged automatically on the same calendar day each month for four (4) consecutive months.Aircraft Category: Hours are valid for the aircraft category selected at time of purchase. Upgrades are available subject to availability and rate adjustment.Scheduling: Flight requests require a minimum of 72 hours advance notice. Peak travel dates may require up to 96 hours notice.Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to departure incur no penalty. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of up to one (1) flight hour.Refunds: Unused hours are non-refundable after the 150-day expiration period.Transferability: Jet Card hours may be transferred to an immediate family member or designated representative with written notice to Hera Flight.Minimum Flight Time: Minimum flight time charged is 1 hour. There is a .1 taxi and .1 taxi out time.
